Motion Rise monthly filming partnership: monthly filming for podcasts and personal brands.
Monthly filming for podcasts and personal brands.
I come to you on the same day every month, film the content you have planned, from podcast episodes to talking-head videos and social clips, then hand back your footage synced, colour corrected and organised, ready to edit. The result is a steady supply of consistent and professional content.
Filming, handled every month.
We film with you every month, in three-month blocks.
We lock your sessions in ahead of time, so your dates are always set.
I come to you and run the shoot.
You focus on presenting your content, and I handle everything on the day.
You get it all back, ready to edit and yours to keep.
Building a steady, consistent library of content you are proud to put out.

You'll see the plan and the amount before anything is set up.
All prices include GST.
These are membership rates: the price you pay as an ongoing monthly client. Your amount stays the same every month for the whole three-month term, billed each month via direct debit, so your payment is always the same and easy to predict.
A recurring monthly plan is the best pricing I offer. Clients who book one-off shoots without a plan pay my full standard rates, which are a little higher. Nothing is hidden, and I am always happy to walk you through the numbers.
The first three months.
The service runs in simple three-month blocks, long enough to build real momentum and short enough that you are never locked in.
Set up once, then automatic.
Billing is set up once and then runs by itself, so neither of us has to think about it. You set up a direct debit at the start, and the same amount comes out each month. It works exactly like a gym or streaming membership. There are no invoices to chase, no monthly reminders, and no card details to re-enter. If you ever decide to change your plan at a check-in, we just update it.
Questions, answered.
Each session runs within a set window that covers everything, from setup to packdown, not just the recording. A half-day session runs within a half-day window: I arrive and spend roughly 60 to 90 minutes setting everything up, we work through your recording, and then I pack down. A full day runs within a full-day window on the same basis. As a friendly heads up, it helps to aim to wrap your recording around 30 minutes before the window closes, so there is time to pack down properly without any rush.
Most people are surprised how much they can get through once everything is set up and running. A full day is usually enough to record several podcast episodes and still capture a batch of short social videos. If you know you have less to film, start with a half day, and you can always move up to a full day later when your output grows. You will never pay for a size you cannot use.
Most likely, yes. If your needs do not fit neatly into one option, we can mix the building blocks to land on the right amount. 1× Full Day plus 1× Half Day each month, for example, comes to $2,500 a month, including GST. If you have something more specific in mind, just ask and we can work out an arrangement that suits how you film.
No problem, and it will not disrupt your regular payment. Any extra filming is added as a separate one-off charge at your same membership rate, on top of your plan rather than changing it. For example, if you are on 1× Full Day a month and want to add a half day during a busier month, that is simply an extra $1,000 that month, including GST, billed on its own. If you want to change your plan itself, we sort that at the end of a term during the check-in.
This is primarily a filming service, so most clients keep editing with their own editor, which keeps them in full control of the final look and keeps the cost down. For podcasts specifically, I also offer a done-for-you option where I film and deliver edited episodes ready to publish, priced separately. If that is what you would prefer, just let me know and I will send through the details.
At a location that suits you, whether that is your home, an office, a studio, or another space you like. I come to you and set everything up there. If you are not sure where would work best, we can talk through the options together. Wherever we film, the setup and the quality stay exactly the same.
I use professional camera, lighting, and audio equipment, and I am not tied to any specific brand. I choose the right tools based on the project rather than forcing everything into a fixed setup. My current kit includes a mix of Canon and Sony cameras and lenses, along with professional lighting and audio gear, and this evolves over time as I upgrade and refine my setup.
In terms of capture, I use my discretion to select the most appropriate settings for the job. As a general guideline, most projects are filmed in 4K, often in log where appropriate. Talking-head style content is typically filmed at 25fps, while b-roll is often captured at 50fps for smoother motion or slow-motion playback.
If your project has specific technical requirements, such as particular camera bodies, lenses, codecs, or workflows, or if you or your editor have preferences, email me to discuss in advance and I will accommodate where possible.
A podcast setup is built around a two-person show by default. It comes standard with a 3× camera and 2× microphone setup, which is ideal for two people. If your podcast involves more than two speakers, the setup can be scaled to suit, with additional cameras, microphones, lighting, and supporting gear organised as required. Larger setups fall outside the standard package pricing, so if you are planning a more complex recording, email me at braden@motionrise.com with the details and I will organise the required gear and provide a custom quote.
The more you share ahead of time, the smoother the day runs. Send through your episode topics, any scripts or talking points, a rough running order, and anything about the look you are going for. Even a few bullet points helps. On the day itself, you just focus on being on camera, and I keep everything running.
That is no problem at all. As long as you give me reasonable notice, we simply move that month's session to another date that works for both of us, so you never lose it. Your plan keeps running and your billing stays exactly the same. The only thing we avoid is skipping a month altogether, since keeping your filming consistent is the whole point.
At the end of each three month block we check in. If life gets busy, work slows down, or your priorities change, you can step away then, no questions asked. And remember, your very first month is risk free, so you can try the whole thing with almost nothing to lose.
Let's get started.
Professional filming every month, handed back to you ready to edit, on a simple plan you can step away from after the first month if it is not right. A steady stream of content, without the stress of making it happen.
