This service focuses on keeping things simple and intentional, with an outcome-driven setup that delivers clean audio, clear visuals, and a reliable recording process.

I help you select and configure the right microphones, audio interface, cameras (if required), lighting, and recording workflow for your space, your goals, and your budget. The focus is on making sure everything works together and delivers clean, professional sound and visuals.

I visit your space in person and handle the technical side of the setup so you don’t have to figure it all out yourself. The result is a reliable podcast recording setup you can sit down at and use with confidence whenever you’re ready to record.

This service is ideal for creators, businesses, or teams who want a podcast setup done properly and don’t want to guess their way through equipment choices or configuration.

It’s especially suited to first-time podcasters, or anyone upgrading from a basic setup who wants better sound, cleaner visuals, and a more reliable recording process.

How it works

I start with an in-person visit to assess your space, acoustics, layout, and recording goals. We’ll talk through your podcast format, number of speakers, and whether video is part of the setup.

After the visit, I prepare a tailored list of podcast equipment recommendations based on your needs and budget. This typically includes microphones, audio interface, headphones, camera gear if required, lighting, and supporting accessories. We review the options together, and you decide how you’d like to proceed with purchasing.

You can purchase the gear yourself, or I can organise the purchases on your behalf. If I handle purchasing, I’ll invoice you for the gear and coordinate delivery so everything arrives together.

Once the gear is ready, I return to set everything up. This includes assembling and positioning equipment, configuring audio and camera settings, and running test recordings to make sure everything sounds and looks right.

I’ll also walk you through how to use the setup going forward so you feel comfortable recording on your own.
