Who this is for
This service is ideal for Melbourne-based businesses with an in-house videographer who:
Isn’t quite delivering the quality you expected yet
Needs clearer technical direction and confidence
Would benefit from hands-on, real-world guidance
Is worth investing in rather than replacing
How it works
I come to your workplace and work directly with your in-house videographer in a real shooting environment.
I assess how they currently film, light, record audio, and move through a typical shoot, then identify what’s holding the output back. From there, I provide practical, hands-on guidance tailored to your content, your workflow, and your expectations as a business.
Training is delivered in real time, using real scenarios, not theory or generic lessons, so improvements are immediately applicable.
Supporting the videographer (including gear)
In some cases, supporting the videographer also means addressing the tools they’re working with.
During the session, I assess how your videographer is using the current gear and, where it makes sense, recommend targeted upgrades that will genuinely improve results. The focus is on supporting the videographer with the right equipment and setup, rather than guessing or overinvesting.
Any recommendations are practical, justified, and tied directly to better outcomes on camera.
